These forms are for submitting project proposals for the Counter Proliferation Programme for the financial year 2022 to 2023.

Details

Read the Counter Proliferation Programme Guidance for information on the government’s approach to counter proliferation and guidance on how to apply under the Call for Bids. To be eligible, projects should be multi-country, regional or global in scope.

Your project proposal must include your completed project proposal form and a full activity-based budget.

Submit your proposal by 30 June 2022 to CounterProliferation.Programme@fcdo.gov.uk. We will issue the result of bids by 1 August 2022.

We encourage you to discuss project ideas with the relevant policy leads in the Counter Proliferation and Arms Control Centre (CPACC) before submitting bids. To find out who the relevant policy lead is, or for any other questions, email CounterProliferation.Programme@fcdo.gov.uk.
