- we cannot accept RLE1s that are in .zip files, handwritten forms (via email), blank forms, incomplete forms (pages missing) or an RLE1 form containing other documents, for example, maps in the same single attachment – if the RLE1 does not meet any of these requirements, the RLE1 will be rejected
