16 June: Phase 3 now closed to applications

Phase 3 is now oversubscribed so the Application Portal on the Salix Finance site has been closed to new applications.

Salix will contact anyone who recently submitted a bid to confirm the status of their application.

Phase 3 of the Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund provides up to £14 million of grant funding for the financial year 2022 to 2023. It is for use by eligible public sector bodies to develop heat decarbonisation plans for their estates.

Fund closed to applications

Phase 3 of the Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund opened to applications on 15 June 2022 and is now closed, as it became oversubscribed with good quality and fully completed applications.

Successful applicants need to complete their heat decarbonisation plans by 31 March 2023.
