MGN 332 (M+F) The LOLER Regulations 2006: Amendment 2

This notice should be read in conjunction with MGN 636 (M) amendment 1, which provides details, and guidance on interpretation of the merchant shipping and fishing vessels (health and safety at work) regulations 1997, MGN 587 (F) amendment 1 (in respect of fishing vessels) and MGN 331 amendment 2, which covers the requirements of the merchant shipping (provision and use of work equipment) regulations 2006. This notice replaces MGN 332 (M+F) amendment 1.
