UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff on how to process section 67 leave for
those transferred to the UK under the Immigration Act 2016. It also provides information on how to assess asylum claims.
This guidance has been updated to include additional references to the suitability provisions in the Immigration Rules, to outline the policy when a person has held both Section 67 leave and permission to stay on a protection route and to replace outdated references to physical immigration documents.

Guidance updated to indicate that references in paragraphs 352ZG to 352ZS of the Immigration Rules to a residence permit shall include biometric immigration documents such as an eVisa, and to set out the policy on handling cases where there is an impending prosecution.
