Courts and tribunals additional capacity
A list of additional facilities open to support the courts and tribunals estate.
HMCTS is using additional temporary venues to support as many hearings as possible. Some of these venues are referred to as ‘Nightingale courts’. This page shows the sites being used and will be updated as new sites open.
We have also published guidance if you’ve been asked to attend a hearing in person at a court or tribunal during the COVID-19 pandemic.
