Details

UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is monitoring the effectiveness of the vaccines in the real world as set out in the COVID-19 vaccine surveillance strategy and the impact on:

  • symptomatic disease
  • hospitalisation
  • death
  • infection (symptomatic or asymptomatic)
  • transmission

Reports for weeks 19 to 38 are available and earlier weekly reports are available as part of the National flu and COVID-19 surveillance reports.

Further reports on monitoring of the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccination have been published.
