We have issued this supporting information with the opening of the application process to join our Delivery Partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
The accompanying Memorandum of Information can be found in ProContract.
Apply to join the DPS if you’re a housebuilder
If you’re a housebuilder, developer or organisation who undertakes residential development, you can apply to join the DPS for housing development opportunities. You will have to complete a Selection Questionnaire (SQ). This is available through our ProContract system.
Register to use the DPS to procure a housebuilder
If you’re a public sector body or housing association you can use the DPS free of charge to access committed developers and housebuilders who have all met Homes England’s pre-qualification standards. To access DPS, you’ll need to sign the access agreement.
