  1. The service issue which meant that agents were not able to authorise themselves to act on behalf of their clients has been fixed.

  2. Planned downtime from 8:30am on Sunday 27 March 2022 to 3:45pm on Sunday 27 March 2022 has been added.

  3. Due to scheduled maintenance you will be unable to access our online service from midnight to 1:10am on Sunday 14 July 2019.

  4. Employment Allowance is not visible has been added to the service issues section.

  5. Planned downtime for Saturday 18 August 2018 and Sunday 19 August 2018 have been added.
