  1. Updated guidance to reflect the changes to the Immigration Rules for this category.

Changes from last version of this guidance: those that hold an accepted prestigious prize cannot have had their award suspended as well as withdrawn; Arts Council England evidential letters can showcase their work as an individual as well as a member of a group and must be from arts and culture organisations; UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) applicant evidential differences; specified that time frames work in calendar days; additional endorsement review information for caseworker.

  3. Guidance updated to include details of new fast track option for those holding an accepted prestigious prize. Also, amendments to the section covering entry at port to mirror similar sections in other route guidance.

  4. Simplified stage 2 application form guidance in key facts, updated Isle of Man guidance, redirected hyperlinks to appropriate government guidance and removed broken links.
