There’s lots of things you can do online without needing to call us.
You can sign in to your Student Finance account to:
- check what stage your application is at
- check how much and when you’ll be paid
- change your personal or course details
- reset your password
Usually, it takes 6 to 8 weeks to process an application or evidence. If it’s been less than 8 weeks, please allow more time for it to be processed, you do not need to call us for an update.
