Employer's requirements Part B: FE generic design brief

The generic design brief sets out the technical requirements for college construction projects capturing context, key principles and requirements for:

• buildings and grounds
• fittings, furniture and equipment
• ICT
• operational and maintenance matters

This documentation should be read in conjunction with:

These documents form the Employer’s Requirements for the DfE Construction Framework 2021 and the Offsite Schools Framework (MMC). Part B and Part C capture the further education output specification.
