Details

Immigration staff guidance on suitability grounds under section 3 of Part 9 of the Immigration Rules. It tells staff when permission to enter may be refused on a person’s arrival in the UK and when existing entry clearance or permission to enter or permission to stay may be cancelled on arrival.
