The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) has decided to initiate a new exporter review and has notified the Secretary of State for International Trade accordingly.
As required under regulation 71(5)(b) of the Trade Remedies (Dumping and Subsidisation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, the Secretary of State for International Trade is suspending the collection of anti-dumping duty on electric bicycles from the two Chinese producers specified in this notice.
The new exporter review was initiated on 23 June 2022 under TRA case NE0024.
