FCDO Programme Operating Framework

The PrOF provides the framework, mandatory rules and guiding principles for the implementation of FCDO delivered policy programming. The PrOF Rules do not cover non-policy programme elements of FCDO’s work (i.e. human resources, security and estates).

The PrOF enables programme delivery excellence across FCDO’s global network building on UK government best practice.

This will help to ensure FCDO delivers against its vision to:
