This leaflet provides information on diphtheria, vaccination and treatment.

Copies of this leaflet are available free to order or download in the following languages:

English, Albanian, Arabic, Amharic, Dari, Farsi and Pashto.

Azithromycin dosage for adults and children leaflets

Leaflets with information on azithromycin dosage for adults and children are available to download. These leaflets include instructions in English, Albanian, Amharic, Arabic, Dari, Farsi, Kurdish, Pashto, Tigrinya and Turkish.

Consent form for asylum seekers

Diphtheria treatment and vaccination consent form for adults and parents or guardians of children in asylum seeker settings. A PDF version of the consent form is available to download.

Record card

Record cards come in packs of 25 cards and are available to order.order.
