Form of application (Annex A)

The form of application sets out what you are agreeing to if you make an application to us.

Terms and conditions (Annex B)

This document outlines terms and conditions for the scheme, including:

  • monitoring and reporting
  • auditing and assurance
  • conflicts of interest
  • statutory duties

Do not complete the entry fields on this form. These will be availablecompleted if your application is successful.

Privacy notice

The notice sets out how the Marine Management Organisation will collect your data when roundyou 2apply opensfor Octoberthe 2022.Infrastructure Scheme.
