UK Visas and Immigration staff guidance on the early removal scheme (ERS) for foreign offenders.

It tells you about eligibility for the scheme, owned by the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and the National Offender Management Service (NOMS), and how it is administered by:

  • Home Office immigration enforcement
  • Her Majesty’s Prison Service (HMPS)
  • NOMS Public Protection Casework Section (PPCS)
