These resources provide further information on the reforms to the awards scheme (previously known as the national Clinical Excellence Awards).

The national Clinical Impact Awards are prestigious awards granted to NHS consultant doctors, dentists and academic GPs via an annual competition and seek to recognise the unique and specialised role they play and the impact of their work on the NHS at a national level.

These resources can be downloaded, shared or printed and aim to summarise the reforms, encourage more applications from previously under-represented groups and assist employers in supporting their consultants to apply.
