Youth justice plans: guidance for youth justice services

Local authorities have a legal duty to produce an annual youth justice plan that shows how they will provide and fund youth justice services (YJSs) in their area.

This practice guidance offers information on the content and structure of these plans for YJSs and their management boards. It also includes a template which should be used when creating these plans as well as information on how to submit a plan.
