We have published guidance to explain how the fund will work for this academic year. We will publish the digital form and guidance on how to complete it in May 2023.

There will be 2 windows for you to opt-in, if you are not eligible for auto-renewal, or opt-out for funding:

Window 1

  • opens 8am, Tuesday 9 May 2023 and will close at 11:59pm on Friday 26 May 2023

Window 2

  • opens 8am, Monday 2 October 2023 and will close at 11:59pm on Friday 20 October 2023
