Public service pension schemes - SCAPE discount rate methodology: a GAD technical bulletin

The government has confirmed the discount rate methodology and rate to be used for public service pensions, following a consultation with the Government Actuary. This discount rate - known as the SCAPE rate - has implications for GAD’s pensions work.
