Changes to paying for IPO forms
As of 4 April, the process for paying for an Intellectual Property Office (IPO) paper form by debit or credit card is changing.
You will now have to select whether you are paying the IPO for a patent, trade mark, design or another service. Once you have made your selection, you will be asked to choose which form you are paying for. You will then see appropriate information about the fee related to that form.
This change has been introduced to help customers pay the right fee for their form.
