If you cannot apply online, apply by post using the ‘Advanced Learner Loan Application’ form – the postal address is on the form. There are guidance notes available to help you complete your application.

If your course starts on or after 1 August 2023, you’ll need to complete and send the ‘Advanced Learner Loan Application’ form for courses starting on or after 1 August 2023.
