Details

The anti-dumping duty on hot-rolled iron and steel products from Brazil, Iran, Russia, and Ukraine was imposed by the EU on behalf of the UK and the other member states. The Secretary of State for International Trade transitioned the anti-dumping duty to continue applying in the UK after the transition period.

A transition review of the anti-dumping duty was initiated on 24 June 2022. Further details can be found on the Trade Remedies Service (case TD0026).

Following a suspension review, the duty was suspended for goods originating in Ukraine.
