Details

The Secretary of State for Business and Trade has accepted a recommendation made by the Trade Remedies Authority,Authority and(TRA). The secretary is giving effect to that recommendation, under s.13(2) and paragraph 1520(5)(a) of Schedule 4 toof the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 (“theto Act”).
