Details

The Haiti (Sanctions) Regulations 2022 ensure sanctions for Haiti are implemented effectively after the UK leaves the EU.

Context

The Haiti (Sanctions) Regulations 2022 impose financial and trade sanctions for the purpose of giving effect to the United Kingdom’s obligations under United Nations Security Council Resolution 2653 (2022) (‘UNSCR 2653’).
