This is an advisory notice regarding the risks posed by jurisdictions with unsatisfactory money laundering and terrorist financing controls. It sets out whichchanges jurisdictionsto willthe bedefinition includedof inHigh forthcomingRisk amendmentThird toCountries Schedulein 3ZA of the Money Laundering Regulations.
This listmeans replicatesany those countries listed by the Financial Action Task Force as high risk, or under increased monitoring.monitoring, are henceforth automatically deemed High Risk Third Countries under the Money Laundering Regulations.
