Asylum accommodation requests: caseworker guidance

Immigration staff guidance on requests from asylum seekers asking to be accommodated in London or a particular part of the UK.



UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff on how to allocate accommodation to asylum seekers supported under section 95 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 in specific areas of the UK. It also contains the suitability criteria for accommodation in former military barracks at Napier.
