Details

This guide will help you fill in the Partnership Tax Return if:

  • the partnership operates partly overseas
  • the partnership includes one or more partners who are not resident in the UK
  • a partner becomes or ceases to be a UK resident

It also includes information on:

  • how non-residence in the UK or domicile outside the UK can affect the partnership and its members
  • partnerships made up of UK resident partners only
  • partnership made up of non-resident partners only
  • partnerships made up of a mix of UK resident and non-resident partnership

  1. The Completing Partnership Tax Returns for partners non-residence in, or domicile outside, the UK helpsheet for 2024 has been added.
