Solar eclipse 

On 8 April, parts of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine will experience a total solar eclipse. All of the US will experience a partial solar eclipse.

You should also check the advice of local authorities in your area. Some counties and cities have issued a state of emergency to prepare for the distribution of increased visitor numbers during the eclipse.
