IMPACT Programme: building capacity in sustainability reporting and catalytic capital in EMDEs

The FCDO invites proposals by 8 July 2024 to deliver projects that increase capacity on sustainability reporting in emerging markets and developing economies, and strengthen coordination of catalytic capital providers.

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) IMPACT Programme aims to strengthen the impact investing sector to address the world’s social and environmental challenges, as set out by the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Through the provision of market-building grants, impact investing can strengthen private sector activities in ways that positively impact stakeholders and communities.

Call for proposals

The IMPACT Programme is inviting partners to submit proposals to deliver projects related to:

  • growing capacity on sustainability reporting in emerging markets and developing economies (EMDEs) (part A)

These activities will:

  • support the creation of tools or methodologies for enterprises and investors to measure, disclose and allocate capital to address environmental and social risks and opportunities

  • strengthen coordination and collaboration within impact investment sectors in EMDEs

Organisations from the UK and all ODA-eligible countries (PDF, 640 KB) can apply.
