The Coal Authority’sAuthority can provide a broad range of pre-application planning and technical advice servicewhen helpsapplications ensurefor thatplanning anypermission risksor fromfor the discharge of planning conditions related to coal mining legacyfeatures are consideredbeing throughoutcontemplated.

Where an application is already being processed, our advice may be able to assist in resolving problematic issues relating to coal mining features which can cause the planning,determination designprocess to stall.
