If an application is approved, the licence has to be signed by the licensee and the Coal Authority before it is issued.

  1. Removed application for Aberpergwm Colliery full underground licence (CA11/DM/95/0025/C) that was issued by the Coal Authority.

  2. Removed applications for Dan-y-Graig No.4 Colliery (CA11/DM/95/0030/C), Bradley (CA11/OPC/0444/N) and Aberpergwm Colliery (CA11/DM/95/0025.1/C) that were withdrawn by the licensees. Removed applications for Lochinvar Central (CA11/UND/0192/N), Whitehaven Offshore No.2 Area (CA11/UND/0184/N) and Whitehaven South Prospect (CA11/UND/0177/N) that were approved and issued by the Coal Authority.
