Phase 5 of the Public Sector Low Carbon Skills Fund will provide up to £16 million of grant funding for the financial year 2024 to 2025. It is for use by eligible public sector bodies to access skills or expertise to unlock heat decarbonisation on their estate. 

Successful applicants will be required to complete their funded activity by March 31 2025.
