FurtherThe DetailsVOA aboutoffers thisa opportunitycompetitive cannational begraduate foundsalary of £26,500 (£29,000 in the CandidateLondon) Pack.and a Civil Service Pension. We offer a range of flexible working options and a generous leave allowance that starts at 25 days, increasing to 30 days after five years of service. 

Eligibility and Application

In order to be eligible for this role you will need to hold a RICS accredited Real Estate or Valuation degree 2:2 or above, or MSc in Real Estate by 1 September 2025. 2023. 

Our Graduates primarily record under the Valuation Pathway but there may be occasions where we can support an alternative experience under the Commercial Real Estate or Residential Pathway if you are part qualified in this route. In addition to those due to graduate by September 2023 who require the full training programme, we are also keen to hear from you if you are a graduate surveyor who is already part qualified or recording APC in any of these pathways.
