UK visas on a Temporary Work route: caseworker guidance

This guidance has been updated in line with the Autumn 2024 Immigration Rules changes, including a change in evidential requirements of expenses paid to applicants in the Creative Worker route and other minor Immigration Rules changes.

Ornamental horticulture and a new minimum hourly pay requirement have been added to the Seasonal Worker section.

Guidance has been updated to reflect that, for the purposes of the Temporary Work – International Agreement route Contractual Service Supplier and Independent Professional eligibility requirements, applicants who show they have a Swiss Hohere Fachschuldiplom (Swiss Higher Technical College Diploma) meet the requirement to show they have a university degree or equivalent technical qualification.
