Apprenticeship funding: legal agreement for training providers

Details

This agreement sets out the terms for use of the apprenticeship service for training providers.

The variation letter sets out the changes made to the agreement as part of the variation published in October 2023.2024.

Training providers whothat wish to work with employers choosing to access funding through the apprenticeship service will need to sign the agreement through the Managemanage Youryour Educationeducation and Skillsskills Fundingfunding service.
