Gradings under review list

If we are investigating a landlord due to suspected serious failings, we may place them on our gradings under review list.

19 July 2024: Southwark Council (00BE) 

Current grades: N/A 

The regulator is currently investigating, through a planned inspection, matters which may indicate serious failings in the landlord delivering the outcomes of the Safety and Quality Standard. This follows a self-referral and public statements made by the landlord.  

Southwark Council is a local authority, and does not currently have a consumer standards grade.

12 July 2024: Ravenscroft Re-Build Co-operative Limited (C3826)

The regulator is currently investigating matters which may indicate serious failings in the landlord delivering the outcomes of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.

Ravenscroft Re-Build Co-operative Limited has fewer than 1,000 social housing units and does not therefore have grades.
