Report the use of environmental protection equipment
Fire and rescue services in England can use this service to report the use of environmental protection equipment at an incident to the Environment Agency.

Before you start
The Environment Agency will ask you:
- for the name and contact details of the incident commander
- to confirm if an Environment Agency officer attended the incident
- for the name of the Environment Agency officer if they attended
- for the address or location of where the incident took place
- the cause of the incident and if you have contact details for the polluter
Requesting environmental protection equipment
Fire and rescue services in England can request environmental protection equipment from the Environment Agency.
