PPE notice of publication 0090/23 was scheduled for publication on 17 November 2023 but was postponed to allow the assessment of objections received to its associated proposal to amend, published on 19 October 2023. It was published on 5 January 2024.

Notices of publication from the Department for Business and Trade and its predecessor the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy are provided above for designated standards for PPE. This is in support of Regulation 425/2016 as it has effect in domestic law. A consolidated list of the standards is also available for reference by businesses.
