Use this guide to find details of all our patent forms, cost for both online and paper transactions and when they were last updated.

All Intellectual Property Office fee bearing forms should be filed with the appropriate fee.

PCT fees

  1. IPSUM is no longer available and has been replaced by search for a patent.

  2. A new end page has been added. This contains a checklist and sending instructions. Supporting text added to questions that required further clarification.

  4. Forms: AF1, PF1, PF2, PF3, PF4, PF7, PF9A, PF10, PF12, PF14, PF15, PF16, PF17, PF21, PF23, PF34, PF49, PF52, NP1, SP1, SP2, SP3 and SP4 updated.

  6. Zero fees ended and normal fees resume from 1st April 2021.
