Previously, the guides instructed appellants to email their biodiversity metric to us because excel folders couldn't be submitted. This has now been resolved and excel folders can be submitted if they’re moved to a ZIP folder and the ZIP folder is submitted.

Updated to reflect the expectation of a s106 agreement to be submitted at the point of making an appeal rather than 7 weeks from the start date.
