Details
The SDA is responsible for the procurement, in-service support and disposal of decommissioned UK nuclear submarines. The Royal Navy operates both Attack Submarines (SSN, Ship Submersible Nuclear) and Ballistic Missile Submarines (SSBN, Ship Submersible Ballistic Nuclear).
