Updated the guidance on ‘Products you can move under NIRMS’: Products from Northern Ireland and the EU can only move under NIRMS if they will then stay in Northern Ireland. To move under NIRMS, rest of world products that pass through an EU border control post (BCP) will need to clear import checks. Pasta, noodles and couscous that need refrigeration cannot move under NIRMS. To move under NIRMS, products that do not require certification and controls must also have no EU animal and plant health requirements.
