Form you need to complete

The form you need to complete depends on whether you are a solicitor, a regulated professional or a trust corporation.

If you are a solicitor or regulated professional, you will need to complete and send the panel deputy application form.

If you are a trust corporation, you will need to complete and send the trust corporation application form.

You must complete and send the relevant form to the deputy support team at supportteam@publicguardian.co.uk by 2 May 2025.

You are advised to keep a copy of your completed form for your own records.
