The exemptions list has been updated to include electric vehicle charging points, ground mounted air con units, air source heat pumps and containerised back-up generators, as these are likely to require minimal ground disturbance. We have also clarified our position on the need for a Coal Mining Risk Assessment to support modular buildings and solar arrays.
