Details

The list only includes organisations who have asked to be included, so not every certifier in England, Scotland and Wales is listed.

If you want to export animals and animal products from the UK, you need to make sure someone signs an export health certificate (EHC) for your type of consignment.

This will be an Official Veterinarian (OV) or a local authority Food Competent Certifying Officer (FCCO). They will check that your consignment meets the health requirements of the destination country.

You can use this list to help you find an organisation that has certifiers permitted to certify your consignment. Not every certifier will be able to certify every consignment. You must also check with them that they are registered to use EHC Online. They will not be able to issue most certificates until they have registered.

There’s no fee for the certificate but you will usually be charged for the certifier’s time.

If your organisation offers export certification and you want it to be added to the list, email CSCOneHealthOVTeam@apha.gov.uk.

If you are in Northern Ireland, contact DAERA.
