Save your company time and money
It costs less to file most information online compared with paper. For example, it costs £34 to file a confirmation statement online, but £62 to file a paper form.
We aim to process most online filings within 24 hours. Paper documents sent by post might take a week or more to process - so it’ll be a while before you find out if they’ve been accepted or rejected.
If you choose to file accounts on paper, you must send them to us in plenty of time before your filing deadline. You will not get any extra time to file if they are rejected. If your filing deadline has passed, the company’s record will show the accounts as overdue until they have been examined and accepted.
Avoid rejects and late filing penalties
Our online filing service has built-in checks to help you avoid errors and rejection. When we receive your online filing, we’ll send you an acknowledgement almost immediately.
We’ll also send a confirmation once we’ve accepted your filing. If your filing is rejected, you can quickly correct it and resend to us.
