Updated section 3.2 (Refunds if you need to change or cancel a test) of 'DVSA practical test business service agreement' to add that you must give 10 clear working days' notice to change or cancel a car driving test (this has increased from 3 clear working days' notice).

Added the new user agreement for the service to book and manage driving and riding tests for your pupils, which applies from 6 January 2025.

Updated section 2 (Get started using the service) to make it clear you will need to create a Government Gateway account if you do not already have one. Updated section 3 (Make and manage bookings) to improve the guidance about setting up availability notifications.

Updated the guide about how to book and manage driving and riding tests for your pupils to include updated information and what you must and must not do. Added a copy of the agreement for using the service. This tells you the terms and conditions and you have to agree to if you want to use the service. This applies from 9 January 2023.

Removed references of car and trailer driving tests, as you can no longer book these types of tests.
